Destress Fest – Free Snacks & Therapy Dogs @ Ring Road (Outside Student Center)

Join us Finals Week to destress with therapy dogs and free snacks!

We’ll be out on Ring Road, outside the Student Center, on Tuesday and Wednesday of Finals Week to help you push through your last exams and papers with the help of our four legged friends and some great healthy snacks. Stop on by on your way to class!

Mindful Mondays @ Meet Outside Zot N' Go

Join us every Monday for a journey into mindfulness! Each week, we’ll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation. No prior experience needed — beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them. We’ll meet outside of the Zot N’ Go and then embark as a group to the meditation spot once everyone has arrived.

Relax, reflect, and recharge every Wednesday at Mindful Yoga! This free guided session is open to all UCI students, no matter your experience level. Great for beginners! Mats and supplies are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot, as space is limited. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as they may disrupt the session.
